Join us on Sunday morning for a Charity run up to Brechin. An ideal opportunity for a fun day riding, meet new friends and enjoy some great company.
No we're not just doing a run for the fun of it!!
This time, the run is to raise funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, founded by former Scotland Rugby Cap – Doddie Weir To raise funds to aid research into the causes of Motor Neurone Disease and investigate potential cures, and to make grants to individuals suffering from MND, to enable them to live as fulfilled a life as possible.
We'll meet at Gasoline Alley Cafe for 9.30am for a Bacon Roll and a tea or coffee, then we aim to be on the road for 10am.
The route will include a variety of roads leaving Saltire and heading over the Kincardine Bridge, heading across to Dundee before finishing at HD in the city at Brechin.
The route is suitable for all riders including 125cc / learner riders. See route below.
Once there enjoy yourselves in the festival atmosphere, there is no official return time or route for this ride.
£5.00 per person for the above including donation to Charity (payable on the day).
If you can't make it on the day, you can make a donation to My Name’5 Doddie here.
Let us know you're coming along at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure that bikes are fuelled before the run, so we all get out together.
Please note this is not a race, its a day to connect with like minded people and enjoy the experience and excitement of being on 2 (or 3) wheels, whilst raising funds for a great cause!
Riders are responsible for their own ride. Be courteous, observe the laws of the road and have fun!
The run will be at a gentle pace and suitable for 125 learner riders
