GSX-R1000 Concept Headlines EICMA, New SV650 and VanVan 200 Unveiled
It’s show season and it’s Suzuki that is again stealing the headlines, as an all-new GSX-R1000 was unveiled at EICMA in Milan. The new bike has been built from the ground up with new technology developed in MotoGP and is the fastest and lightest GSX-R1000 ever, with the sole aim of putting Suzuki back at the top of the sports bike pile.
As well as the new GSX-R, Suzuki also pulled the wraps off a new SV650, as the sporty V-twin returns to its roots as a nimble, usable, naked street bike, while a new VanVan 200 was also revealed.
We’ve also got the news of some new accessory packs for both the V-Strom 650 range and Inazuma 250 models. Plus the 2016 MotoGP season is already underway, with Maverick Viñales second and Aleix Espargaró fourth at the traditional end of season test at Valencia.
And don’t forget, Motorcycle Live gets underway from Saturday 28 November, where Suzuki’s entire model range will be on display, including the newest additions.
